This is writing, not video. You lose the pronunciation work, and that is worth saying before you sign up.
Here is what you get instead. A beginner reads a sentence at their own pace rather than nodding along to one that has already gone by. They tap a word they do not know without stopping you. And they can open the same lesson a week later and still learn from it. A call cannot be read again.
You see what your student wrote and how a fluent speaker would have written it, so the routine correcting is done before you get there. What is left is the part only a teacher does. Where you disagree, mark the line yourself. The correction starts from the sentence your student wrote, so changing one word takes one word.
You can also ask what your student keeps getting wrong, and the corrections from the lesson come back as habits rather than a list. When the lesson ends it reads itself back: what it covered, the words worth keeping, and where to start next time. Each of those words goes into your student’s review in one tap, and the reading itself can go to them whole, where they find it in the same room.
Between lessons your student can practise with Ren AI in a room of their own, at their level, on the words they are closest to forgetting. That room belongs to your student and not to your lesson: it needs an account and an allowance of their own.
